The Next Generation Leadership Programme (NGLP), formerly Catholic Scholarship Program (CSP) is a transformational leadership development program for new and existing leaders in the African Church designed to help build their leadership skills and competencies through servant leadership and foster a culture of Synodality.
Though it originally targeted religious and lay persons, the programme leadership courses are open to congregational leadership, episcopal conferences, and religious associations.
In addition to the academic courses, scholarship recipients must also complete four additional leadership courses provided through the NGLP. These include:
- Servant Leadership,
- Child Protection and Safeguarding,
- Executive Leadership and Management,
- Catholic Social Thought.
The length of the program varies depending on the specific course or program you choose.

We offer scholarships and financial aid for some of our programs. Please contact us for more information about available options.
Our Catholic leadership training program is taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are experts in their field. The NGLP is hosted in three universities across the region: Tangaza University College in Kenya, Mwenge Catholic University in Tanzania and University of Kisubi in Uganda.
